On the way to Starfleet Academy, Cadet Dorothy Gale stops by the Starfleet Canine Corps to check on her application to enlist Toto into its ranks. Dorothy gets a rude awakening to discover that Toto has been rejected by Starfleet. However, Dorothy is not one to take no for an answer and must justify her case.
